Books and More to Strengthen and Support Your Practice
People sometimes ask me for recommendations for books and other materials to help begin a spiritual practice or deepen an existing journey. There are many books available of course, but finding good ones can be a chore so I'm now offering a hand-picked selection of my favorites. Enjoy and please let me know your feedback and suggestions!

Meditation aids
I recommend Insight Timer. Along with many beautiful bell tones which allow you to set interval bells for your practice there is also a community aspect where you can see people from all over the world that have meditated with you and you can friend them. Also there are many groups you can join. Almost best of all, it includes over a hundred guided meditations.
